Innovative Facility Care Inc. (IFC) is currently hiring Building Cleaners to join our professional cleaning team. We provide commercial cleaning and floor maintenance services to retail and commercial facilities throughout Nova Scotia.

What You'll Do:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors
• Clean washrooms, staff areas, and common spaces
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely
• Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Report concerns and maintain a professional appearance
• Deliver exceptional service to our clients
  

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and dependable individuals
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets
