Required Qualifications

Please review these qualifications carefully before applying. Due to the needs of our clients, we are seeking caregivers who are comfortable supporting a wide range of personal and complex care needs.

Required
  • Passion for caring for seniors and improving quality of life

  • Professional caregiving experience or significant family caregiving experience

  • Ability to assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, punctual, professional, and trustworthy

  • Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Strong Assets
  • Experience supporting palliative or end-of-life clients

  • Experience caring for bed-bound clients, including repositioning and comfort care

  • Experience with ostomy care and hygiene

  • Experience supporting clients with dementia, Parkinson's disease, or other complex care needs

  • Experience using mechanical lifts, transfer techniques, and mobility equipment
