Nova Staffing is recruiting a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for a well-established company in Brampton. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable leading from the floor. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, support staff, manage shipping and receiving, and help maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support warehouse staff
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
Oversee receiving, picking, packing, inventory, and shipping
Coordinate shipments and review documentation
Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain safety standards and identify process improvements

Requirements

3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience
1-2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience
Strong hands-on leadership and sense of urgency
Experience with WMS, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Knowledge of WHMIS and TDG
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Forklift certification is an asset
