Work task include, demolition, install of cabinetry, commercial doors and frames, some steel stud framing and drywall, mudding is an asset, coordinates with other trades, prep of sites for sub contractors . Work generally takes place in hospitals so knowledge of infection control is an asset .

Experience with power tools and quality finishing is required .

Tradesperson should have their own hand tools while the company provides power tools. Safety steel toed boots and proper clothing not ripped is required

Applicant to have Transportation to sites and a valid drivers license with a clean driving record . Area of work is typically lower mainland from Burnaby to Chilliwack, Delta to Coquitlam . The company base is out of langley city.

Looking to start with Part-time and developing into full time work preferable . If someone wants to remain part-time open for discussion.

We are willing to entertain a person with less experience for training. This is a discussion that can be had..
