The Custom Epoxy Flooring Installer (Part-Time) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality floor coatings by preparing surfaces, mixing epoxy materials, and applying coatings efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
- Prepare flooring surfaces by cleaning and repairing defects
- Mix epoxy compounds accurately according to manufacturer guidelines
- Apply epoxy coatings evenly to achieve desired finish and durability
- Inspect finished floors to ensure quality and consistency
- Handle and maintain tools and equipment safely
- Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards
- Perform cleanup and site maintenance after installation
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in epoxy flooring installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
