As the Fixed Operations Manager, you'll lead the overall performance, profitability, and success of Dartmouth Mitsubishi's Service and Parts Departments. You'll build a high-performing team, establish operational standards, and create a customer-first culture that delivers an exceptional ownership experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily operations of the Service and Parts Departments while driving profitability and efficiency

• Recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing Service and Parts team members

• Establishing processes, procedures, and performance standards for a brand-new dealership

• Monitoring key performance indicators and creating action plans to improve results

• Driving service retention, customer satisfaction, labour sales, and department growth

• Maximizing technician productivity, service efficiency, and repair order value

• Managing parts inventory, purchasing, inventory turns, and profitability

• Overseeing warranty processes to ensure accurate submissions and timely reimbursement

• Partnering with Sales to support vehicle reconditioning and dealership-wide success

• Leading team meetings, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensuring compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, and dealership policies

• Proven leadership experience within automotive Fixed Operations, Service, or Parts management

• Strong understanding of dealership service and parts operations

• Ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams

• Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability and operational results

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional service

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Experience with DMS systems, CRM platforms, and dealership reporting tools
