Montana's is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor at our 130th Ave location!
Montana's is where BBQ-lovers, friends and family alike get together in an energetic gathering place to devour mouth-watering favourites fresh off the grill. We're looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

Overview: Our Kitchen Supervisors are hands-on and work with the culinary team and each associate to deliver the Perfect Guest Experience to our Guests each and every time.

What you will do in this role:

• Ensure consistency of quality, portion control and plated presentation
• Ensure recipe adherence in kitchen execution of all products served
• Oversee adherence to legislative and food handling requirements
• Implement and adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
• Complete line check pars to ensure that enough product is prepared and kept ready for service
• Oversee training and development of the kitchen team, ensuring constant improvement in culinary skills

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication, social and organizational skills

• Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Follows standards and procedures

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Food Safety certified

• Excellent knowledge of food, food handling and preparation
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others
• Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurant
