Job Description

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and service department. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting every customer promptly and courteously, ensuring all guests feel acknowledged and valued

Consulting with customers to accurately identify and document mechanical concerns

Preparing cost estimates and timelines, and securing customer authorization prior to repairs

Collecting and maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information

Managing incoming calls, booking appointments, and providing timely updates on work in progress

Reviewing completed work with customers, explaining services performed, charges, and warranty coverage

Staying up to date on technical and performance information for all motorcycles serviced by the dealership
