Licensed Security Guard

We Are Hiring a Full-Time Licensed Security Guard for Our Maintenance Operations Team in Leamington, ON!

• $17.60 /hr
• Flexible work schedule
• Must be available July 31st-August 2nd

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to ensure the safety and security of staff, property, and the general public
• Monitor premises, conduct regular patrols, and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Follow site-specific procedures and respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner
• Provide clear, respectful communication with team members and visitors
• Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate records as required

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• First Aid & CPR Certifications required
• For some roles Smart Service may be required
• Ability to pass an extensive background check
• Smart serve certification is an asset
• Strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and integrity
• Excellent communication and observational skills
• Committed to high industry standards and continuous improvement
• Authorized to work in Canada
