Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a small team of landscape maintenance workers
- Perform and oversee routine landscape maintenance and property upkeep
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and project needs
- Coordinate daily tasks and schedules ensuring efficient team operations
- Operate standard landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Report progress and issues to the Operations Manager
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in landscaping techniques and plant identification
- Experienced in operating landscaping equipment
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
