Key Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in an account management role

• A degree or equivalent in a scientific and/or business discipline is preferred

• Experience in the supplement/nutraceutical or directly adjacent industry

• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

• Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities

• Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and CRM best practices

Accountabilities & Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts

• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for key clients

• Develop and execute account growth strategies and annual business plans

• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning meetings

• Identify opportunities for line extensions, reformulations, and new product launches

• Coordinate commercialization projects with internal teams

• Manage active orders, forecasting, pricing, and change management activities

• Monitor account performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction

• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution & client satisfaction

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within Zoho CRM

• Track sales activities, conversion metrics, and pipeline progression

• Collaborate with team on new business development opportunities

• Generate new opportunities through trade shows, conferences, and industry events
