What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)
- Be the Face of the Office: Receive walk-up requests with agility, welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and positive vibe, and keep the energy high.
- Keep Us Fuelled & Organized: Handle kitchen and copy room stocking (including keeping that crucial coffee flowing!), sort mail, manage incoming/outgoing shipments, and tackle ongoing storage sorting and organizing.
- Master the Logistics: Manage building access cards and tracking systems. Partner with our Toronto-based Office Coordinator to quickly action employee requests for parking, gym waivers, and bike cages.
- Tech & Facility Support: Act as a liaison with building management for maintenance requests. Partner with our IT Support team to flag meeting room feedback or help troubleshoot basic tech and Wi-Fi issues.
- Own the Space: Take initiative to keep the office safe and tidy. You have a keen eye for workplace hazards, proactively clean up spills, and ensure the space is always guest-ready.
- A People Person: You genuinely enjoy interacting with others and providing excellent, welcoming customer service.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with everyday office technology (and maybe a little troubleshooting). You are fluent in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets) and Slack.
- A Self-Starter with 'Hustle': You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks on the fly. You take initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable & Collaborative: You are punctual, dependable, and thrive when you are part of a supportive, collaborative team.

The role is Contract Office Support at O2E Brands Inc., located in Vancouver, BC, for a short-term contract from July 22, 2026 to August 12, 2026.
The schedule is part-time with two options: 8am–1pm PST daily, or 8am–4pm PST Tuesday to Thursday.
You’ll greet guests, manage kitchen and copy room supplies, sort mail, handle shipments, manage access cards, assist with parking and gym or bike cage requests, liaison with building management, and support IT with basic tech help.
You should be a people person who provides excellent customer service, be tech-savvy with Google Workspace and Slack, be self-starting and organized, and work well independently and on a collaborative team.
This is a part-time, in-office position based in Vancouver, BC.
This is a contract role running from July 22, 2026 to August 12, 2026.
