We're a growing exterior services company specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and landscaping. Homeowners trust us to keep their properties looking their best, and our door-to-door sales team is the first face they see. We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals ready to build a lucrative career in sales no prior experience required.

What You'll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate leads and book jobs for our exterior services
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and landscaping
• Spot homes with dirty siding, driveways, roofs, windows, or overgrown yards and offer free quotes on the spot
• Schedule estimates and service appointments for our crews
• Track daily activity and results in our CRM
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at every door

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a positive, resilient attitude
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently outdoors
• Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Coachable mindset we'll teach you everything you need to know
• Sales, canvassing, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work

Schedule

Typical hours are flexible, with the most productive canvassing windows in the late afternoon and early evening (approximately 12 PM – 8 PM).
