*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Journeyman Roofer to help assist our organization towards continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting foreman with project management and co-ordination of employees to help implement strategic initiatives to enhance performance.

*Duties*

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements

- Assist in Overseeing project management activities to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives

-Organize materials & deliveries

- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team members

-Help to ensure all safety requirements are followed
