About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for executing and maintaining core benefits administration processes, with a focus on data accuracy, system integrity, and process consistency that directly supports our client service delivery.

Were looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, thrives in structured environments, and understands the impact their work has on the overall client experience.

What Youll Do
Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, disability, retirement) with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Manage enrollments, updates, and terminations within internal and carrier systems
Process changes, billing reconciliations, and claims-related inquiries with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain organized records, conduct audits, and ensure data integrity across platforms
Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Support preparation for client meetings and reporting as needed

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • A collaborative, positive, and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in employee benefits or insurance
  • CEBS or GBA designation (or working toward it)
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Familiarity with benefits regulations or employment standards
