- Lead and support project execution alongside the Site Superintendent to ensure all company safety plans, policies, procedures, and industry standards are consistently followed and maintained on site.
- Manage all aspects of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget expectations.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractor tendering, bid evaluations, contract awards, and ongoing contractor management throughout the duration of the project.
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and construction documents to identify gaps, coordination issues, constructability concerns, and ensure alignment between architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, trades, suppliers, and internal project teams to maintain quality standards and ensure efficient project execution.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and performance management programs to ensure all construction activities meet required design specifications, building codes, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, contractor coordination meetings, and stakeholder updates to maintain communication and accountability across the project team.
- Monitor daily construction operations in partnership with the Site Superintendent, ensuring schedule milestones, productivity targets, safety requirements, and quality expectations are achieved.
- Review and manage project change orders, contract values, cost tracking, procurement activities, and material ordering for install-only scopes.
- Prepare estimates, quantity take-offs, and budget reviews as required to support project planning and execution.
- Ensure all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, schedules, and reports, are properly maintained and accessible through digital and print platforms.
- Oversee project closeout activities, including the collection and turnover of as-built drawings, warranties, manuals, inspection reports, certifications, and maintenance documentation to stakeholders and ownership groups.
- Provide regular reporting and project updates to executive leadership, including progress against schedule, budget status, risk management, contractor performance, and project milestones.
- Proven experience managing high-rise residential, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and quality management.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including consultants, subcontractors, and field operations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and mechanical/electrical drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling platforms, and project reporting tools.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
