Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Career?We're looking for an experienced Overhead Crane Technician or Industrial Electrician who's ready to transition from the field into a rewarding Technical Trainer role. If you enjoy mentoring others, solving technical challenges, and sharing your expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training
  • Teach crane electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting fundamentals
  • Develop and improve training materials
  • Evaluate technician performance and provide coaching
  • Support field technicians with technical guidance
  • Deliver training to both internal teams and customers
  • Some travel within Canada and internationally
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of overhead crane service experience
  • Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
