Job Summary
The Coordinator, Investor Experience supports the Investor Experience Team in all activities and activations which support local and international companies in their expansion or relocation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly input and tracking of activity within our CRM system.
- Attendance at team and client meetings, preparation of meeting/call notes and follow-up actions as noted.
- Track our client's commercial investment metrics to support the teams monthly reporting.
- Research pockets of commercial real estate and land to assist the team.
- Maintain internal Talent Grid to track local company participation and support internal monthly reporting.
- Maintain the monday.com team Boards and support the team's management procedures.
- Maintain an internal Company contact Listing
- Maintain internal event Activation Calendars, including tracking impacts to budget.
- Support the team with planning, organizing and executing events and in-bound hosting tours, including outreach to the community and others to build robust agendas.
- General team administrative assistance.
- Support the team in researching activations in line with our mandate and budget.
- Prepare quarterly communication offering engagement opportunities to our company database.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoicing and payments submissions on behalf of the Investor Experience team in conjunction with the Finance Department.
- Support local companies in attending our activations including interactions with event organizers, registration, payment processing etc.
- Engage with various levels of in-demand talent locally, nationally and internationally.
- Initiate post event and client follow-up; company surveys, overall impression and advice to Director and the team regarding future activations.
- Assist in tasks driven by the team's participation on numerous committees.

Education
Bachelor's degree in, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a related area during which professional capability has been clearly demonstrated such as workforce, general client services, or operations.
Experience working within a professional organization and establishing key relationships with executives at large corporations, organizations, or associations.

- Detail oriented with the ability to identify, review and manage information accurately while maintaining a high standard of quality.
