About You

A working mobile smart phone with the ability to communicate via email/SMS/dispatching apps is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate Motorcoaches and Mini-Coaches in accordance with federal/provincial/local regulations and adhere to all Go Coach Charters safety programs and policies
• Provide excellent customer service, including addressing passenger inquiries or conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained
• Assist customers with loading/unloading luggage
• Complete ELD's and dispatch logs as required
• Participate in additional training as needed
• Wear company provided uniforms while on duty and always keep a clean and professional appearance
• Clean and dump fleet post trip

Experience

• Must have a minimum class 2 license with air brake endorsement and a clean driving record with no accidents or violations
• At least 5 years experience in a commercial driving role; preference to motor coach experience
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Mountain driving experience considered an asset

Availability

• Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, holidays and multiday overnight trips
