Prosperity Workforce Solutions is hiring an Acute/Mental Health RN + LPN to join their Corrections team in Oliver, BC.

Date: July 20 - September 30, 2026.

Shifts: 0500-1615 & 1145-2300

Job Summary:

You'll play a vital role in providing nursing care, focusing on safety and professionalism. The position offers various shifts with guaranteed full-time hours, including overtime opportunities but no overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver essential nursing care in a correctional health environment
Conduct clinical assessments and make critical decisions
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Support patient safety and promote professionalism
Adapt to varying shift schedules based on operational needs
Requirements:
Active LPN or RN license with BCCNM
2+ years of acute or mental health experience
Excellent clinical assessment abilities
Experience working collaboratively within teams
Willingness to adapt to a structured clinical setting
