Work for a leading distributor and manufacturer of geosynthetic products that has been in business for over 50 years! This long-standing company is continuing to grow - we are looking to hire a shipper/receiver with sit-down counterbalance forklift certification and experience!

Pay Rate: $22/hour (paid weekly every Friday)

Shift: Convenient day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Duties:

Operate the sit-down counterbalance forklift
Assemble containers and crates and record contents
Pack goods to be shipped and label with identifying information and shipping instructions
Oversee loading and unloading of goods
Inspect and verify incoming goods against documents, record shortages, and reject damaged goods
Unpack, code, and route goods to appropriate storage areas
Maintain record-keeping systems

Requirements:

Must have a valid Counterbalance forklift certification
Must have at least 6 months of experience operating the Counterbalance forklift
Must have strong English speaking and comprehension skills
Comfortable lifting 50 lbs with reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
