They work with major international organizations across the beverage industry and are entering an exciting new phase of expansion.

With a second state-of-the-art facility opening soon in Etobicoke, they are continuing to build their finance team and are looking for a Financial Analyst who wants more than a reporting role, someone who wants to grow, take ownership, and build a long-term career path toward Finance Manager.

Why This Opportunity?

This is a unique opportunity to join a company experiencing significant growth and transformation. You will work closely with the VP Finance and leadership team while gaining exposure to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze product costs, margins, and profitability across different product lines.

  • Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities to improve margins.

  • Support costing processes within SAP, including bill of materials and cost impacts on inventory.

  • Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory movements, and operational performance.

  • Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.

  • Prepare financial analysis and reporting for leadership.

  • Develop models, dashboards, and tools to support decision-making.

  • Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or cost accounting.

  • A strong accounting foundation (CPA designation or CPA in progress preferred).

  • Experience with costing and margin analysis.

  • Exposure to manufacturing, food & beverage, consumer products, or another inventory-driven environment.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.

  • SAP experience is highly valued, especially around costing and product setup.

  • A proactive mindset and desire to grow within a fast-paced environment.

The Ideal Profile

This role would be a great fit for someone who:

  • Enjoys understanding the "why" behind the numbers.

  • Wants exposure beyond traditional accounting.

  • Likes working closely with operations and leadership.

  • Is ambitious and looking for a clear career progression path.

  • Thrives in an environment where things are changing and improving quickly.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

  • Annual discretionary bonus up to 15%.

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits.

  • Opportunity to grow into a Finance Manager role.
