We're currently looking for a motivated and reliable Shop Support team member to join our collision repair team. Whether you're interested in starting a career in the automotive industry or already have some shop experience, this is an excellent opportunity to learn, develop your skills, and work alongside experienced collision repair professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Shop Support team member, you'll play an important role in keeping our collision repair facility organized, efficient, and running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Shop Support Duties:

Move customer and shop vehicles safely throughout the facility and parking lot

Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles before and after repairs

Organize, and deliver parts throughout the shop

Support body and paint technicians by preparing vehicles and work areas

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop, including work bays and common areas

Clean and maintain shop tools and equipment

Dispose of shop waste and materials according to environmental and safety procedures

Receive, organize, and deliver parts throughout the shop

Assist with inventory organization and shipping/receiving

Perform general shop maintenance and housekeeping duties

Provide support to technicians, estimators, and the production team as needed

Who We're Looking For

A dependable, hardworking individual with a positive attitude

An interest in automotive collision repair or the automotive industry

Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions while working both independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Previous automotive or shop experience is considered an asset but is not required
