We are currently hiring Meat Packers to join our team at a busy lamb and beef processing facility. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role ideal for individuals who are comfortable standing for long periods and working in a cooler environment. The Meat Packer plays a key role in maintaining production flow, ensuring product quality, and meeting daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack fresh lamb and beef products on the production line.
• Ensure correct labeling, weight, and packaging of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Stand for extended periods in a temperature-controlled environment (cold).
• Meet daily production quotas in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a cold environment (protective gear provided).
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in food or meat processing is an asset but not required.
