We are seeking a Full Time Client Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service and program information.
Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Work with out app software
Provide information about the program in person
Connection to verification center
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain daily logs
Submit paperwork at end of day

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Reliable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
