Bilingual Billing Clerk

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our client's billing team in Montreal, QC (Saint-Laurent area). Previous Billing/Auditing experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry and experience with TruckMate are required for this role. Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Salary: $55,000-60,000/year Qualifications: - Bilingual (English and functional French) - Billing/Auditing experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry - Experience with TruckMate - Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs), Equipment Interchange Receipts (EIRs) - Knowledge of common industry verbiage (Tail Gate, Detention, Lumpers, etc.) - Experience with both asset-based and non-asset-based companies - Strong administrative/data entry skills - Excellent customer service skills - Superior communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong computer skills - Excellent time management skills - High accuracy/attention to detail - Able to work effectively as part of a team Apply now!
