Growing window cleaning company looking for a hunter. This isn't a paycheque job. It's an income you build. You knock, you pitch, you close. The harder you work, the more you make. No cap.
What you'll do
- Knock doors in target neighbourhoods
- Pitch, quote, and close on the spot
- Upsell add-ons — gutters, pressure washing, Christmas lights, etc.
- Own your territory and your customer relationships
The pay
- 20% commission on every job you close, paid when the customer pays
- Residuals on recurring accounts you land — you get paid every time they book again
- No cap, no salary, no ceiling. Your effort, your income.

- Thick-skinned — you don't fold at the first "no"
- Confident on someone's doorstep
- Self-driven — nobody's babysitting you
- Sales experience is a plus, not a must
