Position OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst (Level 3) to join their technology team on a 3-month contract. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Level 3 application support for enterprise and legal technology platforms.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, integration, and data-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to improve system stability.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for enhancements and optimization.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend workflow improvements.
- Support integrations between various enterprise platforms, including:
- Document management systems such as iManage
- Financial and billing applications
- Internal business applications and data environments
- Create, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Develop and support workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Partner with development and technology teams to deliver system fixes, enhancements, and improvements.
- Ensure applications adhere to organizational standards related to security, compliance, and data governance.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, systems analysis, or application administration.
- Demonstrated experience providing senior-level (L3) technical support.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate data.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Microsoft Azure
- Previous experience supporting applications within the legal industry.
- Experience working with platforms such as:
- iManage
- Intapp or Elite
- Litera
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting APIs, integrations, and interconnected enterprise systems.
- Ability to operate effectively within complex, regulated environments.
- Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scripting, automation, or light application development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or other business intelligence/reporting platforms.
- Background in business analysis, process improvement, or workflow optimization.
- Relevant technical certifications are considered an asset.
