- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Develop an understanding of customer systems and requirements to provide accurate information.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and follow-up.
- Process customer orders accurately using the company's ERP system.
- Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, and delivery inquiries.
- Coordinate incoming supplier shipments and schedule work related to customer orders.
- Receive customer equipment requiring service and coordinate repair scheduling with technicians.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with inventory control, including annual inventory counts.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining excellent communication with customers.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and service activities.
- Ensure customer information and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and process related administrative documentation as required.
- Work closely with operations, sales, technicians, and warehouse staff to ensure seamless customer service.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and customer experience.
- Provide support during busy periods and assist with special projects when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, inside sales, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using ERP software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Salary: $40,000 – $45,000, based on experience
