Position Summary

We are seeking a client-oriented, organized Client Success Manager to support project execution and client communication across our growing portfolio. This role is primarily internal-facing day-to-day, acting as the connective tissue between clients, our pre-press team, and internal stakeholders — ensuring projects move smoothly from kickoff through creative handoff. This is a growth-track role with a clear path toward a career in account management.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Support

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, supporting day-to-day communication and relationship management.
  • Translate client briefs and feedback into clear internal actions for design, sourcing, and operations teams.Provide timely updates, proposals, and status summaries to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support client onboarding and ongoing account coordination.

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate project timelines from kickoff through execution and delivery.
  • Track active projects, flag risks or delays, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations.
  • Coordinate requests for briefs, dielines, assets, and production materials.
  • Maintain accurate project records, client communications, and account documentation.
  • Support sales coordination including opportunity tracking and internal follow-ups.
  • Contribute to organized knowledge sharing and project documentation systems.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Asana and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across internal teams and external clients.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Secondary language is an asset: Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in retail, fashion, packaging, or consumer products environments.
  • Familiarity with packaging development cycles, dielines, or production workflows.
  • Experience supporting sales pipelines or early-stage account management.
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools beyond Asana.

Location & Hours

  • Full-time, in-office role based in Vancouver, BC.
  • Standard daytime business hours with occasional coordination across Asian time zones.

Compensation

CAD $70,000–$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will reflect level of experience and scope of responsibility.
