Tridon Communications is looking for skilled Fiber & Structured Cabling Technicians to join our Calgary team. You'll install, repair, and maintain structured cabling and fiber optic systems for commercial, industrial, and temporary facilities — helping us deliver reliable, high-performance communication solutions across Western Canada.

What You'll Do

Install, splice, and test structured cabling and fiber optic systems (Cat 5E, Cat 6, Cat 6A, Fiber).
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain communication circuits and cabling networks.
Read and interpret telecom drawings and specifications.
Work safely and efficiently on diverse projects — from office towers to industrial sites.

What You Bring

2+ years of fiber and/or structured cabling experience.
Knowledge of networking requirements and wiring standards.
Strong troubleshooting and client-facing skills.
Valid Alberta Class 5 License and a safety-first mindset.
Bonus: Manufacturer certifications (TE Connectivity, CommScope, Belden, Corning).
