We're looking for a passionate and reliable Chef / Sous Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy preparing great food, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Recreate recipes consistently after training.
- Complete daily food preparation and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Support the kitchen team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptable, dependable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
Training will be provided on our menu and recipes.
We're looking for someone who is:

Requirements:
- Chef/Sous Chef role, roughly 25 hours/week with availability for more depending on business needs.
- Shift schedule:
- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday: Start 2:00-2:30pm, End 10:00-10:30pm.
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Start 3:00-3:30pm, End 11:00-11:30pm.
- Wage depends on experience, starting at $22/hr.
- Includes 3% tips from front of house and one meal per shift.
