Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly? Do you enjoy helping people and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Jubilee Ford in Saskatoon is looking for a motivated, friendly, and detail-driven individual to join us as a Reception / Wash Bay Attendant.

This is a full-time position that offers a unique mix of hands-on work and front-line customer service. You'll play a key role in both maintaining the presentation of our serviced vehicles and delivering a positive experience at our service reception desk.

What You'll Be Doing:

In the Wash Bay:

Wash and clean customer vehicles after service appointments

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area

Move and park vehicles safely around the lot

At the Service Reception Desk:

Greet customers and answer incoming calls

Take service payments and perform basic data entry

Assist with appointment scheduling and general customer service tasks

Schedule:

Full-Time: 5 days per week

Every 3rd Saturday: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Every 3rd Thursday: 10:30am - 7:30pm

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Basic computer and data entry skills

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
