We're looking for aBrand Growth Manager who understands what it takes to build, manage, sustain and grow brands in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.

The ideal candidate has experience acting as the day-to-day steward of a brandbalancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure every touchpoint consistently reflects a brand's identity, aesthetic and business objectives.

This is an opportunity for someone who blends creativity with strategysomeone who understands brand positioning, visual identity, digital marketing, AI, search, content and consumer behaviour. You'll work across both NKPR and select client accounts, helping brands remain relevant, visually consistent and discoverable in an increasingly digital and AI-driven world.

The Opportunity

As Brand & Growth Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in building and growing brands. This is not solely a strategy roleyou'll be expected to think strategically and execute.

You'll work closely with our leadership team, account teams and Social Media Specialists to develop and implement brand strategies, oversee visual consistency, execute digital initiatives and help clients build brands that stand out.

You'll also act as a strategic resource to client teams, providing guidance on brand positioning, content, visual identity, digital growth and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

  • Develop, execute and evolve brand strategies for NKPR and select client accounts.
  • Define and refine brand positioning, messaging and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.

Brand Stewardship & Visual Identity

  • Serve as the guardian of each brand's identity.
  • Develop and maintain brand playbooks, including messaging, tone of voice, visual standards and content guidelines.
  • Oversee the visual execution of brands to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Review creative assets and provide strategic feedback to ensure they align with each brand's positioning, aesthetic and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, account teams and Social Media Specialists to ensure every deliverable reflects the intended brand experience.

Digital Growth

  • Execute and continuously optimize SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
  • Improve brand visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
  • Manage and update website content while ensuring optimization, accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to grow audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, search and digital marketing.

Content Strategy

  • Developand executecontent strategies across websites, newsletters, blogs and social media.
  • Write, edit and optimize content that strengthens brand authority and improves discoverability.
  • Ensure content aligns with each brand's voice, visual identity and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging, high-quality content.

Social Strategy & Leadership

  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to NKPR's Social Media Specialists.
  • Review social content to ensure it aligns with each client's brand strategy, visual identity and business goals.
  • Help elevate the creative quality, consistency and performance of social campaigns.
  • Partner with account teams to ensure social media supports broader communications strategies.

AI & Innovation

  • Stay informed on emerging AI tools, marketing technologies and evolving search behaviours.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into brand strategy, content development and workflow efficiencies.
  • Recommend and implement tools that improve productivity and marketing performance.

Analytics & Performance

  • Monitor website performance, search visibility, audience growth and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign and content performance.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve results and drive continuous growth.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 35 years of experience managing and growing brands.
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand strategies across multiple channels.
  • A strong understanding of brand positioning, visual identity, brand architecture and brand governance.
  • Exceptional aesthetic judgment and a strong understanding of design, creative execution and visual storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience executing SEO, GEO and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience managing and updating websites using content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how they're transforming marketing and search.
  • Experience working across multiple brands simultaneously, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for building great brands.

A portfolio is required as part of your application. Please include examples of brands you've helped build, manage or grow, showcasing your experience with brand strategy, visual identity, content, social media, websites or digital marketing. Be prepared to discuss your role in each project and the measurable results achieved.

  • Agency experience.
  • Experience working with lifestyle, luxury or consumer brands.
  • Experience managing premium, design-led brands.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing performance and workflow efficiency.
