* Manage and support field plumbers.

* Monitor service quality and technician performance.

* Encourage customer reviews and referrals.

* Assist with scheduling and daily operations.

Qualifications:

* Strong communication and leadership skills.

* Customer service or management experience.

* Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.

* Plumbing or home service experience is an asset.
