Key Responsibilities

• Complete thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Secure all loads according to company, industry, and safety standards.
• Deliver trusses and building materials, including operating craning equipment when required.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
• Operate all equipment in accordance with company guidelines and provincial regulations.
• Maintain delivery timelines and communicate proactively about delays or route changes.
• Represent All Fab Group with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong customer‑service mindset.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class 1A driver's license with air endorsement.
• Experience delivering trusses or building materials (preferred).
• Skilled in operating a manual 13‑speed transmission.
• Strong knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
• Experience with craning and wide loads is an asset.
• Clean driving abstract and a strong commitment to safety.
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions with precision.
• Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
