We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Packager to join our growing production team. Key Responsibilities
- Operate various packaging machinery and equipment to efficiently package products.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using safe handling practices.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage packaging operations.
- Conduct quality checks on packaged items to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Follow metal detection procedures and immediately report any deviations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and timelines.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing shipments for delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.(20 kg)
- Experience with warehouse management systems (an asset).
- Experience using order pickers or other material handling equipment (an asset).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
