The Construction Laborer will support various residential and commercial projects by performing essential physical tasks under direct supervision. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople and maintaining organized, safe job sites during day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites for work by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Handle and transport materials to appropriate locations on site
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing tasks
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Over 1 year of construction labor experience
- Basic carpentry skills
- Physical stamina to perform demanding manual tasks
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Good communication skills
