What youll do

This is a hands-on, high-impact role. Youll own the quality and precision of our garments and play a key role in the client experience.

• Execute high-level alterations (jackets, trousers, vests, shirts full scope)
• Ensure every garment meets Surmesurs fit standards
• Manage alteration timelines and client expectations with precision
• Support fittings alongside the styling team when needed
• Identify fit issues quickly and propose clean, effective solutions
• Maintain an organized, professional tailoring space
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager on recurring fit challenges and improvements

What you bring

• 5+ years of menswear tailoring experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
• Advanced alteration experience across jackets, trousers, vests, and shirts
• Experience with industrial machines (hemming, serger, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose fit issues and execute precise corrections
• Strong time management and organizational skills
