Fuze HR is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing facility services company, that is looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to its Vancouver team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building new business, developing long-term client relationships, and closing commercial service contracts. - Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Lower Mainland.
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, strata managers, and commercial real estate professionals.
- Generate and secure new facility services contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and networking through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Prepare and submit RFP responses, proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline information within the company's CRM.
- Attend networking events and industry events to build relationships and generate new business.
- Stay informed on market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- 3+ years of successful business development or outside sales experience.
- Experience selling facility services or other business-to-business solutions is required.
- Proven ability to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader team.
- Valid BC Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Existing relationships within commercial real estate, property management, or facility management are considered a strong asset.
