Requirements:
- Operate and maintain hand tools, air wrenches, impacts, drills, grinders (assembly)
- Operate and maintain brakes, punch presses, iron workers, drills, saws, plasma cutter, grinders, and sheer grinders (fabrication)
- Perform tasks as assigned with detailed accuracy
- Ability to work safely
- Punctuality and maintain good attendance
Skills and Abilities:
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Read and comprehend blueprints
- Maintain a safe and neat work environment
- Team player
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with others in English
- Forklift Operator Certification an asset
