About the Role
Food World Plus is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate has strong piping skills, a creative eye for design, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards—especially during busy periods and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and pastries using piping, fondant, and other decorating techniques

• Create custom cake designs based on customer orders and reference images

• Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and attention to detail across all products

• Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines during peak hours and holidays

• Prepare icing, fillings, and other decorating materials as required

• Keep the decorating station clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards

• Collaborate with bakers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Handle special requests and last-minute orders with a positive, customer-focused attitude

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cake Decorator or in a similar bakery role

• Strong piping skills (borders, flowers, lettering, and detail work)

• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

• Strong attention to detail and artistic ability

• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with fondant, buttercream, and custom/specialty cake designs
