What You'll Be Doing

• Planting, watering, feeding, and monitoring cannabis plants
• Pruning, defoliating, trellising, and general crop maintenance
• Supporting irrigation, lighting, airflow, and environmental controls
• Identifying and reporting pest, disease, or nutrient concerns
• Following sanitation and compliance standards to ensure product quality
• Assisting cultivation teams through various stages of the plant lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Experience in cannabis cultivation, greenhouse operations, horticulture, hydroponics, indoor farming, agriculture, nursery operations, landscaping, or other plant-care environments
• Passion for working with plants and learning cultivation techniques
• Knowledge of plant health, irrigation, nutrition, and pest management is an asset
• Comfortable working in a controlled indoor growing environment with strict sanitation standards
• Experience in a licensed cannabis facility and familiarity with GPP/GMP standards is considered an asset but not required

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation

• $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay every Friday
