Seasonal Retail Staff - Apparel

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, this position is responsible for selling apparel products and services and assisting customers with their product needs. They provide excellent customer service, engaging in conversation to assist with customer needs. They assist the store in achieving its sales and customer service goals, including order fulfillment.

• Greet customers professionally, engage them through conversation, and assist with product needs.
• Support store sales goals, customer service standards, order fulfillment targets, and sales-driving programs/events.
• Complete opening and closing duties as required and process register transactions accurately.
• Keep the store, sales floor, stock areas, and backrooms clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
• Receive and display new shipments within 24 hours of delivery.
• Follow all loss prevention procedures and company policies.

• Stay up to date on products, product features, and available training materials.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

• Responsible, reliable, highly motivated, and passionate about helping customers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with previous customer service experience preferred.
• General understanding of sales principles, with proven ability to meet sales goals or quotas considered an asset.
• Comfortable using a computer.
