Duties Include:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email.
- Listen carefully to customer descriptions of vehicle issues and communicate the issues to the Service Manager.
- Prepare detailed work orders, including inspection paperwork.
- Provide parts and labor quotes/estimates.
- Generate invoices.
- Handle transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of all service transactions and inspection records.
- Stay informed about company procedures and industry changes.
