Responsibilities:
- Detailing and documentation across projects, working alongside the project architects and the rest of the team
- Building and coordinating construction document sets, keeping them in line with the relevant codes, standards, and specs
- Coordinating closely with engineering consultants as projects move along
- Producing models and drawings in Revit and other software
- Other tasks as projects call for them
Must-haves:
- At least 8 years of architectural experience with broad exposure across project types
- A degree in architecture, architectural engineering, or architectural technology
- Advanced, hands-on Revit skills
- Solid grounding in high-performance building envelopes
- A track record producing design and construction documents on institutional and residential work
- Strong written and verbal communication, good organization, and the ability to juggle a few things at once in a busy office
- A real drive for technical quality and clean contract documents in a BIM environment
- Works well on a team
Nice-to-haves:
- Contract administration experience
Work style: 4, sometimes 5 days in office
Compensation: $90k - $130k
