Bartender

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at a lively bar and nightclub. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting bar operations during 6-hour shifts. The successful candidate will assist with inventory management and serve food along with beverages, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix drinks and cocktails according to recipes
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with patrons
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
• Assist with inventory control and management tasks
• Set up bar area and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts
• Verify customer IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
• Take and process drink and food orders efficiently
• Open and close the bar following company procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years bartending experience

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Alcohol Server Permit
• Knowledge of mixology techniques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with cash handling and inventory management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Problem-solving capabilities
