- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Sort, stack, and store cleaned items in designated areas.
- Keep kitchen work areas, floors, and dishwashing stations clean and organized.
- Remove garbage and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties, including wiping surfaces and mopping floors.
- Refill cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods as needed.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when required.
