Key Responsibilities:

Elevate guest comfort by meticulously cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to exceptional standards of hygiene.
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by promptly replacing linens, towels, and essential amenities.
Contribute to a pristine environment through diligent dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, strictly following established cleaning protocols.
Actively support facility maintenance and safety by promptly reporting any issues or hazards to management.
Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels of cleaning supplies, ensuring continuous operational efficiency.
Participate in industrial cleaning tasks as needed, upholding stringent health and safety regulations.
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within a hospitality setting.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently.
Solid understanding of effective cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning agents.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize duties effectively and meet deadlines.
A genuine commitment to upholding superior standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Physical capability to lift and move objects as required for cleaning duties.
An approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
