Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This hybrid role combines in-store retail experience with online customer engagement and digital support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

● Assist customers in-store with product selection, colour consultation, and design recommendations

● Respond to customer inquiries via email, website chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner

● Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional shopping experience

Sales Operations

● Process sales transactions using POS systems (in-store and online orders)

● Support order fulfillment, including pickup and shipping coordination

● Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and product displays

Outbound Sales & Engagement

● Conduct follow-ups and light outbound sales calls to customers (e.g., quotes, order follow-ups, promotions)

● Support promotional campaigns and in-store events

Digital & E-commerce Support

● Assist in improving digital assets (e.g., product listings, website content, images)

● Support social media updates and basic content creation

● Help maintain accurate product information across online platforms

Qualifications

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Interest in retail, design, e-commerce, or marketing

● Comfortable using digital tools, social media, and basic computer applications

● Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn

● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
